Antitrust says Schlumberger bids for less than 50% in EDC
MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- U.S. oilfield servicing giant Schlumberger is no longer bidding for a controlling stake in Russia’s Eurasian Drilling Company (EDC), the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s Deputy Director Andrei Tsyganov told reporters on Friday.
“They filed (a bid) for less than 50%,” he said.
